Wellington office closure

Kia ora koutou katoa,

We were informed late last week that the REANNZ corporate Head Office building (based at 22 The Terrace Wellington) had recently been assessed against the 2017 legislative building code changes.

Unfortunately, the building has been rated as earthquake prone as it has been assessed at less than the required standard of 34%. As such we have decided to physically exit the building and are urgently seeking an alternative site.

However, business continuity plans have been put in place and we are still providing business as usual service to all of our members. Wellington staff and our regional teams are all still fully operational and available for your requirements.
